Playtester Guide

What we ask of you

Play at least one full Grand Prix (five stages) or three single stages. Then tell us what you experienced — not what you think we want to hear. Negative findings are the most valuable ones.

What to look at

Controls & handling — does the car do what you expect? Steering, braking, turbo, the low/high gear.
Time pressure — do the checkpoints feel tense but fair? Where did you run out of time, and did it feel earned?
Readability — can you always tell where the road goes, what the HUD says, when a fork is coming?
Difficulty of traffic — are gaps findable at full speed? Any collision that felt unfair?
Sound & music — volume balance, does the music fit, is the coin sound for risky overtakes satisfying?
Performance — stutters, slowdowns, load times. Note your platform and hardware.
Fun — when did you want one more run, and when did you want to stop?

How to give useful feedback

Describe, then judge. First what happened, then how it felt. “I hit a truck right after a crest with no chance to react” beats “traffic is unfair”.
Expected vs. actual. “I expected the turbo to recharge at checkpoints — it did not seem to.”
Make bugs reproducible. Which stage, what were you doing, can you make it happen again?
Report problems, not solutions. Where it hurts is your call; how to fix it is ours. Suggestions are still welcome — labelled as such.

Worum wir dich bitten

Spiel mindestens einen kompletten Grand Prix (fuenf Etappen) oder drei einzelne Abschnitte. Erzaehl uns danach, was du ERLEBT hast - nicht, was wir vermutlich hoeren wollen. Kritische Befunde sind die wertvollsten.

Worauf du achten kannst

Steuerung & Fahrgefuehl - macht der Wagen, was du erwartest? Lenken, Bremsen, Turbo, kleiner/grosser Gang.
Zeitdruck - fuehlen sich die Checkpoints knapp, aber fair an? Wo lief die Zeit ab - und war das verdient?
Lesbarkeit - erkennst du immer, wohin die Strasse fuehrt, was das HUD sagt, wann die Gabelung kommt?
Verkehr - findest du bei Vollgas Luecken? Gab es eine Kollision, die sich unfair anfuehlte?
Klang & Musik - Lautstaerkebalance, passt die Musik, ist der Muenzklang beim riskanten Ueberholen befriedigend?
Leistung - Ruckler, Einbrueche, Ladezeiten. Bitte Plattform und Rechner nennen.
Spass - wann wolltest du NOCH einen Lauf, wann wolltest du aufhoeren?

So gibst du nuetzliche Rueckmeldung

Erst beschreiben, dann bewerten. Zuerst was passiert ist, dann wie es sich anfuehlte. "Direkt hinter einer Kuppe stand ein Laster, keine Chance zu reagieren" hilft mehr als "der Verkehr ist unfair".
Erwartet vs. passiert. "Ich dachte, der Turbo laedt am Checkpoint - schien nicht so."
Fehler nachvollziehbar machen. Welche Etappe, was hast du getan, laesst es sich wiederholen?
Probleme melden, keine Loesungen. WO es weh tut, weisst du am besten; WIE es zu beheben ist, ist unsere Aufgabe. Vorschlaege sind trotzdem willkommen - als solche markiert.
